At PrimaLawn our aim is not just to provide you with the most realistic looking grass that you can find, it's also to ensure that it is installed correctly, by people who are equipped with the right knowledge and machinery to do the job.

PrimaLawn was established to provide lawns exclusively for the home owner. All PrimaLawn licensed installers are therefore trained to treat your garden with the care and attention to detail that your garden deserves.

To ensure a perfect lawn installation, we insist on perfection throughout the process. That process begins by ensuring the sales people are trained to explain all the options and gather the right information. You will be provided with a detailed quotation and upon acceptance a detailed survey will be carried out and an installation date agreed.

In most cases a PrimaLawn can be installed within a day and you will be notified of any requirements for access and the delivery of materials. As you would expect following installation, the PrimaLawn team will remove all the waste and leave your garden clean and tidy.

We pride ourselves on maintaining the high standards of the PrimaLawn experience. That's why on completion of the installation, every customer is asked to complete a questionnaire so that we can try to improve every aspect of our service.
